MANKATO NORTH MANKATO YOUTH FOOTBALL PLAYER REGISTRATION

Grades 4…5…6…7 TACKLE FOOTBALL PROGRAM

Dear Parents:

This year MAYAA football is making the transition to the new and improved league:

Mankato North Mankato Youth Football

MNMYF is announcing registration for the 2010 fall football season. Students entering grades 4 – 7 are eligible to participate.

All registration checks should be made out to MNMYF

Late Registration Deadline: All registration forms must be in by 7-26-10 to ensure placement on the correct team. If entry is received after July 26th there will be no guarantee on team placement regardless of area of town.

Registration Fees: District 77 $85.00 (includes school discount card)

Outside District 77 $85.00

No child will be denied the opportunity to participate because of financial constraints. If you are unable to pay the full amount, you may pay a partial fee. If necessary, the entire fee can be waived upon written request.

Equipment Handout:

4th grade August 9 5:00-6:30 p.m.
5th grade August 9 6:30-8:00 p.m.
6th grade August 11 5:00-6:30 p.m.
7th grade August 11 6:30-8:00 p.m.

Late Equipment Handout: All grades To be determined

All equipment is provided by MNMYF except shoes and athletic supporter. The MNMYF equipment handout will take place at Oak Terrace West located at 1570 Tower Boulevard in North Mankato across from Neubert Millwork. Each player MUST be present to get his equipment.

Assignment of teams:

• Grades 4 and 5 will be divided by school areas when possible.
• Grades 6 and 7 will participate in “evaluations” and will be assigned to teams accordingly.
